INFRARED SAUNA

USAGE PROCEDURE:

Hydrate: Plan to consume AT LEAST 8 oz. water to prepare for increased core body temperature.
Towels are located on shelf next to entry door. Each stack contains: 1 seat / backrest towel, 1 dry off / shower towel, 1 sweat towel, 1 seat cushion cover.
Hang bar for clothing / accessories located on wall next to towel shelving.
Be sure to lock door upon entry.

Sauna will be pre-heated to between 115 - 135 degrees. You may adjust to desired temperature by tapping the “home” icon in bottom right corner of sauna touchscreen
Set portable timer for your desired time limit between 30-45 min.
Light controls are mounted by entry door if you want to dim wall fixtures or turn on sauna lights.
Netflix / music is available via touchscreen inside sauna. You may need to adjust sound system accordingly.
A Bamboo backrest is located underneath the bench within the sauna for added comfort. Please cover with a towel and replace after usage.

Please discard used towels into laundry basket next to sauna door. Including ones taken to shower area.
If using shower, robes are provided, folded, located on cabinet shelf to the right of sauna. (This is required unless you opt to put on clothing to walk to shower - no towel wraps allowed.)
Turn off all lights both inside and out of sauna.
Hydrate: Plan to consume 24 oz. of water and electrolytes. Complimentary starter water bottles available in mini fridge.

Waterproof Seat Cushion - Waterproof seat cushion specially designed to fit on the bench inside the sauna covered with a celliant fiber infused towel cover.
Netflix - Complimentary viewing via touchscreen inside sauna
Adjustable Light Fixtures - Dimmable wall fixtures and multicolored light therapy sauna lights all controllable via removable wall mounted remotes.
Plush Bamboo Towels / Robes - Ultra absorptive, fast drying bamboo towels - one to lay on the seat / backrest and one to dry off with. Waffle robes are available for use commuting to shower rooms.
Mini Fridge - Complimentary cold 8 oz. Essentia water post session
